Operational Investment & Fee Structure

Fees for high-risk mandates reflect the specialised nature of the deployment, the tactical liability, and the world-class expertise required for success.

  • Standard Operational Rate Strategic Day Rate (plus VAT where applicable). This represents the base rate for specialist command and high-level training delivery.
  • Hostile Environment Uplift: For operations within designated high-risk or active conflict zones (including specific MENA regions and Eastern Europe), a 50% to 100% uplift is applied to the base rate to account for increased operational risk.
  • Bespoke Group Training: For the delivery of instructional curricula to elite units or corporate teams, a flat instructional fee of Strategic Day Rate applies, or a tailored “per head” investment model for larger cohorts.
  • Corporate Leadership Intensive: Strategic Day Rate per session. A concentrated, high-impact briefing or half-day intensive designed for C-Suite officers and Board members. This covers personal security posture, crisis communication protocols, and strategic threat mitigation.
