The Logistics of Excellence: Deployment Standards

  • Aviation & Global Transit: For all flights exceeding four hours, Business Class travel is required. This ensures that the Principal arrives ready for immediate board-level briefing or tactical command without the requirement for recovery time.
  • Executive Accommodation: Lodging must meet a ‘Five-Star’ or ‘Secure Executive’ standard, prioritising locations with proven security infrastructure and discreet access protocols.
  • Ground Mobilisation: Professional vehicle travel is charged at a standard per-mile rate for all domestic and cross-border transits, calculated from base to destination (return).
  • Subsistence & Per Diem: To maintain independence and operational focus, a daily per diem applies to cover all personal subsistence:
  • UK & European Mandates: Strategic Day Rate.
  • International Mandates: Strategic Day Rate (adjusted for regional cost-of-living indices).
