Problem

The venture faced a critical capability gap. Stakeholders possessed the capital but lacked the specialist intelligence required to architect a high-tier Special Operations Group (SOG) training infrastructure. Furthermore, the project had zero international market presence and no proven strategy for cross-border client acquisition.

My Retainer Brief

Appointed as CEO and Operational Director to lead the lifecycle of a USA-based start-up. My mission was to direct the construction of a purpose-built, residential SWAT training facility and to engineer a global recruitment strategy to secure high-value, international fee-paying clients.

My Result

Delivered a turn-key operational facility ahead of the critical path schedule. By leveraging my global network, I achieved rapid market penetration, onboarding fee-paying clients from 19 countries and securing profitable revenue streams months ahead of stakeholder projections. I surpassed all initial ROI benchmarks, transforming a conceptual start-up into a globally recognised centre of excellence.
