Furthermore, the project had zero international market presence and no proven strategy for cross-border client acquisition.
Appointed as CEO and Operational Director to lead the lifecycle of a USA-based start-up. My mission was to direct the construction of a purpose-built, residential SWAT training facility and to engineer a global recruitment strategy to secure high-value, international fee-paying clients.
